A character in holes that I found annoying?

I did not like Mr padanski. His attitude is really satisfying (not) this is why I hate him. When he give advise to the campers it is normally of useless junk. (You made the mistake you useless bartsbag ). His reassuring advise soonley left the minds of the campers.  He is a counselor in group d. His looks and dress of approach is the worst.  He wears an alligator catcher hat the most revolting.
